Clean and fairly quiet units with the bathroom, immaculate bedding, for instance, and the staff were DECENT. The location of the hotel was brilliant, in Colmar. The meals in an attached restaurant were nice.

The position of the hotel was perfect, next to the motorway exit.

Had comfortable location close to the airport. Further, it was close enough to the center, Ribeauville and Strasbourg and Alsace.

the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and we felt like we got more than our money's worth. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and provided great service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Thirdly, the basic amenities in the rooms were just what we needed. The comfortable bed and immaculate bedding ensured a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was the perfect start to our day.

The receptionist is helpful and the room is comfortable. A good choice for the family and people travel by car.

It is a bit far from the center, there is only one bus line near the hotel. And the curtain is pretty thin which can not blind the things out of the window.

The location of this hotel for the expo center is great, as it is right by the airport and next to the motorway exit. there is a bus stop nearby that goes to the city center. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean bathroom.

The service at this hotel could be improved. Some guests have reported rude behavior from the reception staff, and there have been instances of poor communication regarding room requests and amenities.

I had a great meal but my husband had a very bad steak which he had to complain about - the staff eventually put things right. Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge and needs better signposting for sure. Staff very nice - all ok. good breakfast. efficient and comfortable.

just the steak my husband got plus they had run out of some of the vegetables but it wasnt a problem, the food that was already displayed was excellent. Very nice staff, but need to have hairdryers in rooms had to borrow one from reception.

Very comfortable overall experience. Everything was pleasant, efficient staff, marvellous location near to the restaurant for dinner, Ribeauville and Strasbourg and the centrum. Brand-new room, warm, with extra bed as well as bedroom. Easy check-in, late check-out. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too

The price for Breakfast was indicatet in my booking at 4.75 but we payed 9.5 times two for breakfast its not correct! Please tell her that i want my money bak for that 9.5 Euro

The location in a secure area was comfortable and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. The unit we got was brand-new with extra bed and bedroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location close to transportation. The hotel facilities were also impressive, including the well-maintained parking lot right outside my room. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the nearby restaurant was a plus. I appreciated the ease of access to the city center by bus, with a stop just a short walk away by the Statue of Liberty.

Nothing not to love!

It was easily reached from the motorway as I was just passing through France. It was reasonably priced for a 1 night stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Thank you for the stay this time - would book here again. We think it's an ideal place for staying in Colmar. Its location is good really close to the `` Statue of Liberty '', Campanile for 2 nights and a commercial area.
